Sortly after this segment Brian boiled Warren’s pet rabbit.
Given the tendency of social conservatives to both (1) meddle in our personal lives with rules about personal behavior (sexuality being a primary target) and (2) have children who often violate those same rules (see: Jenna Bush, Bristol Palin, Mary Cheney, etc.) … it seems to me that perhaps the social conservative urge to regulate our personal lives and advocate “family values” stems from an embarrassing and widespread failure to regulate their own families as they see fit.
