A couple weeks ago I chaperoned my daughters class field trip to Hill and Hollow CSA farm about an hour and a half south of Louisville. We spent 3 days and 2 nights on beautiful rural farm land with little to no electricity and no running water. We got our water from wells and a fresh water creek that ran throughout the property. It was the most refreshing 3 days I’ve had in long time.
This little guy woke me up both mornings before we did our animal chores. I became quite fond of him.
