SEATTLE - The ashes of Seattle grunge legend Kurt Cobain are missing from the Hollywood home of his widow Courtney Love, according to a British newspaper Web site.
Love told the Guardian newspaper she was horrified to discover the ashes — kept in a pink teddy-bear-shaped bag with a lock of his hair — were stolen along with clothes and jewelry.
“I find it disgusting and right now I’m suicidal,” she told the newspaper. [Read more]

I was driving across the valley at 8am on Sunday and I saw a plume of smoke. I drove up to Mulholland Drive to get the best view of it. I was surprised to see that the fire was centered in Universal Studios.
